Nothing in Buildblur is charged today, so there is nothing to refund. This page says how it will work when the paid plan opens, so you know before you ever pay.
Today
Buildblur is free during the beta, without card details, and there is no trial that turns into a charge. The paid plan and AI credits aren’t on sale yet.
When paid plans open
- The price, currency, billing period and taxes will be shown before you pay.
- Monthly and yearly plans renew automatically until you cancel. We’ll remind you before a yearly plan renews.
- You can cancel any time from the studio, in the same number of steps it took to subscribe. You keep the paid features until the end of the period you paid for.
- If you cancel, you move to the free plan. Your work stays in your account, you can open all of it, and every export stays free.
Refunds
- First payment: if it isn’t for you, ask within 14 days of your first payment for a full refund, no questions asked.
- Yearly renewals: ask within 14 days of a renewal you didn’t mean to make, and we’ll refund it.
- If we fail you: if a paid feature is down for a significant part of your billing period, we’ll refund that period.
- Lifetime plans, if offered: a full refund within 14 days of purchase.
This doesn’t reduce any rights you have under consumer law where you live.
