Authorship record
you wrote it. show how.
AI detectors guess, and they are wrong often enough to ruin somebody’s month. Buildblur doesn’t guess. It keeps count while you work.

How it works
counted as you type.
- 01
Typed
Every character you type in the editor is counted as yours.
- 02
Pasted
Text pasted from anywhere else is counted as pasted.
- 03
Kept from the AI
Text you keep from one of Jeff’s suggestions is counted as AI.
- 04
Exported with a fingerprint
The record exports as a PDF: the totals, scene by scene, and a fingerprint of the manuscript it describes, so it can’t quietly be attached to a different text.
What it is not
evidence, not a verdict.
The record is an account of how your manuscript was made in Buildblur’s editor. It isn’t a detector, a certificate or a legal guarantee, and we don’t vouch for it to anyone. Words written elsewhere and pasted in count as pasted, whoever wrote them.
questions.
Is this an AI detector?
No. Detectors guess from the finished text. The record counts how the text was made, while it was made.
Who can see the record?
Only you. It is counted in the editor and kept with your scenes in your account, and nobody else sees it unless you export it and hand it over.
Can an editor check it online?
Not yet. A record link an editor can open is planned for later. Today it is a PDF.
What about writing I did before Buildblur?
Imported or pasted text is counted as pasted. The record only speaks to what happened in the editor.

It counts from the first word, it’s free, and only you see it unless you export it.
